Dale DeSteno is a veteran in Engineering & Technical Recruiting space with approaching 20 years of experience - working with start-ups to the largest companies in the world. Currently he is the Associate Director for Engineering at the RussellTobin & Associates company in MN. He is a true-blue Generation Junkie - studying, researching, and teaching on the topics of Generations in the Workplace. In his free time, he teaches circuit training and kickboxing at a local gym, go distance running with his bride, and spend time with his future NHL star (according to him) and his future Ballerina (according to her)!


The biggest take-aways from this presentation will be learning to leverage what companies have to offer in terms of each generation more (office layout, wellness programs, mentor opps, etc); since no one specifically sets out to recruit someone in a certain age group for anything – I feel this webinar will share ideas on how to entice candidates once you figure out what generation they (roughly) are in.
